01 / Cleaning & maintenance

Air Duct Cleaning

A cleaner path for the air you breathe.

Protected home. Brush-and-vacuum cleaning. Visible results.

What this service includes

When to call

Visible dust around vents, debris inside accessible ductwork or buildup after renovation may be reasons to inspect the air distribution system.

What we do

  • Protect floors, furnishings and the area around each vent.
  • Inspect accessible ducts and the main plenum before choosing a cleaning approach.
  • Loosen accumulated debris with appropriate brushing and collect it with vacuum equipment.
  • Clean vent covers and document accessible areas before and after service.

How it helps

Remove accessible accumulated dirt and understand the condition of your duct system.

Cleaning does not repair damaged ducts or guarantee relief from allergies. Repairs, access changes and treatments are separate recommendations.

02 / Cleaning & maintenance

Complete AC Maintenance

Care for your AC, inside and out.

Cleaning, drainage and operating checks in one service.

What this service includes

When to call

A system that needs routine care, runs longer than usual or has visible dirt deserves a maintenance inspection.

What we do

  • Inspect the indoor evaporator, blower and cabinet; clean accessible areas within the agreed scope.
  • Check the drain line and pan, and clean the outdoor condenser coil.
  • Inspect accessible electrical connections and components with the equipment safely isolated.
  • Check system operation after service and report any repair needs.

How it helps

Keep equipment clean and identify developing problems before they become more disruptive.

Replacement parts, refrigerant leak repairs and work requiring major disassembly are quoted separately. Heavy buildup may require a separate deep cleaning.

Deep Coil & Blower Cleaning

Get the buildup out of the system.

Deep cleaning where dirt can restrict airflow.

What this service includes

When to call

A dirty coil or blower can contribute to weak airflow, uneven cooling and longer run times. An inspection helps distinguish buildup from other faults.

What we do

  • Inspect the coil, blower wheel and cabinet to determine the needed access.
  • Protect the work area and nearby electrical components.
  • Clean the accessible surfaces using methods and products suitable for the equipment.
  • Check drainage, reassemble components and verify operation.

How it helps

Remove buildup that can interfere with airflow and heat transfer.

Coil removal, sealed-system work or replacement of damaged parts is additional work when required. Cleaning cannot restore a leaking or deteriorated coil.

04 / Cleaning & maintenance

Mini-Split Maintenance

Freshen up your mini-split.

Careful cleaning with a wash bag to protect your room.

What this service includes

When to call

Visible dust, reduced airflow, water drips or a musty smell can signal that a mini-split needs inspection and cleaning.

What we do

  • Protect the wall, floor and furnishings with a wash bag and coverings.
  • Clean filters, the indoor coil and blower as access allows.
  • Inspect the drain path and check for drainage problems.
  • Reassemble and check airflow, cooling and drainage at the end.

How it helps

Keep the indoor unit clean while protecting the space where it operates.

Drain-pump faults, damaged components and refrigerant problems require separate diagnosis and repair.

Indoor Air Quality — REME HALO & UV

Find the right option for your system.

Two different options. A recommendation based on compatibility.

What this service includes

When to call

If you are considering added air treatment or UV protection at the coil, start by checking filtration, moisture control and the condition of the system.

What we do

  • Discuss your concerns and inspect the available installation space and power supply.
  • Evaluate the specific REME HALO model as an in-duct air-treatment option.
  • Evaluate coil UV lamps separately: their primary purpose is treating illuminated coil-area surfaces.
  • Confirm equipment compatibility, installation requirements and future maintenance needs.

How it helps

Choose an option suited to your equipment and goals, with a clear explanation of what it can and cannot do.

REME HALO and coil UV lamps are different products. Neither replaces cleaning, filtration or moisture control. No disease-prevention or guaranteed contaminant or odor-elimination claims are made.

06 / Diagnosis & repair

Electric Heat Repair & Replacement

Restore heat when you need it.

Find the fault and replace compatible components when needed.

What this service includes

When to call

The blower runs but the air stays cool in heating mode, heat cycles irregularly or the heating circuit fails to operate.

What we do

  • Check the thermostat heat call and the equipment power supply.
  • Inspect the electric heater assembly, electrical connections and safety controls.
  • Check relevant relays, sequencers and other controls to locate the fault.
  • Install compatible components when needed and verify the heating cycle after repair.

How it helps

Restore proper electric heating operation with repairs matched to the equipment.

Electric heat service applies to the equipment inspected. A heat-pump refrigeration fault requires a different diagnosis. Do not repeatedly reset a breaker that trips.

AC Starting Problems & Protection

Trouble starting? Start with a diagnosis.

Repair the cause. Consider protection upgrades separately.

What this service includes

When to call

The outdoor unit does not start, hums without starting, starts intermittently or restarts too quickly after stopping.

What we do

  • Check the call for cooling, power supply and safety circuit.
  • Inspect the contactor, capacitor where fitted, wiring and relevant motor or compressor conditions.
  • Repair the identified fault with compatible components.
  • Evaluate a restart-delay timer or compatible soft starter separately when the system calls for it.

How it helps

Address the cause of unreliable starting and understand any suitable protection options.

A timer or soft starter is not a substitute for repairing a failing component. Optional upgrades are identified separately from necessary repairs.

08 / Diagnosis & repair

AC Not Cooling

Running, but still warm?

Find the problem before recommending the repair.

What this service includes

When to call

The system runs but the rooms stay warm, cooling is uneven, airflow is weak or ice appears on the indoor coil or refrigerant line.

What we do

  • Check thermostat settings, filters, airflow and the indoor blower.
  • Inspect the coils and accessible electrical components, including capacitors and contactors where relevant.
  • Evaluate refrigerant operating conditions after checking the airflow and equipment condition.
  • Explain the cause, recommend the repair and verify cooling performance afterward.

How it helps

Get a diagnosis based on the system condition instead of repeated temporary fixes.

Adding refrigerant is not an automatic solution. If a low charge is confirmed, we evaluate the cause and discuss leak diagnosis and repair as appropriate.

AC Water Leak & Drain Cleaning

Stop the drip at its source.

Clear drainage problems and check overflow protection.

What this service includes

When to call

Water appears around the air handler, the auxiliary pan fills, the system stops on a safety switch or the condensate line does not drain properly.

What we do

  • Locate the water source and inspect the primary and auxiliary pans.
  • Check the drain line, trap and accessible connections for obstructions or damage.
  • Clean the drain as needed and verify that water flows through the drainage path.
  • Check the existing float switch or recommend suitable overflow protection when appropriate.

How it helps

Restore proper drainage and identify conditions that can lead to another leak.

A float switch adds overflow protection; it does not clear a clog or repair a damaged pan. Freezing and pump faults may require separate repairs.

A few quick answers.

Are repairs and parts included in maintenance?

No. We explain and quote additional repairs or replacement parts separately.

Does poor cooling always mean low refrigerant?

No. Airflow, dirty coils, blower issues and electrical faults can also affect cooling. We diagnose the cause first.
